Naval pasta (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

ground turkey 500 g
pasta 200 g
rast. odorless oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
onion 1-2 pcs
salt taste
water 2.5 m glass

Cooking method

  • Today I decided to cook pasta in a navy style ... it turned out delicious ... I'm spreading the recipe.
  • We prepare the onion and minced meat as usual. I cooked in SV on the Frying mode, pressure 3, time 15 minutes ... I salted to taste. I fell asleep pasta, mixed with minced meat and fried for 1 minute. poured salted boiling water over, which made everything boil violently ... closed the lid and valve ... turned off the Fry. Included Rice / Pilaf, pressure 3, time 8 minutes. When the number 3 lit up on the small screen ... I responded to the mode. After a few minutes, she blew off the steam by covering the valve with a towel. The pasta was mixed with a silicone spatula and left on the heating for 15-20 minutes ... this so that the remaining water was absorbed into the pasta.

The dish is designed for

5 servings

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Cooking program:

Frying, Rice / Pilaf

Note

Note:
1. Any pasta, except spaghetti.
2. Any mince ... it doesn't matter.
3. Pour enough water so that the pasta is slightly covered ... it took me 2.5 m glasses.

Olga, thanks for the recipe. I tried it. The water almost soaked in, held it a little while frying. Liked!
ABOUT! I understood why. I didn't read the recipe carefully, I poured the horns on the minced meat, filled it with 3 mm of water and closed it. Then everything is just like yours. And I probably read the beginning in another recipe, so it got mixed up. But everything worked out and was eaten!

Yesterday I cooked it, but I took less minced meat. I had a package of 400 g horns (twice as much as in the recipe), according to the recipe I needed kg of minced meat. I took 500 grams, and then where as much as kg, for us it's too meaty.

It turned out very tasty, even tastier than on the stove. Thanks for the recipe.
