Egg under mayonnaise "Upgrade"

Egg with mayonnaise Upgrade

Ingredients

Hard boiled eggs 5 pieces.
Sour cream 100 g
Mayonnaise 100 g
Canned corn 4-5 st. l.
Canned peas 5 tbsp. l.
Red bell pepper 1 PC.
Boiled carrots 1 PC.
Avocado 1 PC.
Horseradish table 1 tbsp. l.
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Dry gelatin 20 g
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • In the good old days, a rare buffet did not have this ingenuous appetizer in its range - a hard-boiled egg drenched in mayonnaise. I would like to offer you an "advanced" version of this dish.
  • Egg with mayonnaise Upgrade
  • Cut all vegetables into small cubes (1). Soak gelatin in liquid from canned peas and corn (a glass in total), and after swelling, heat it, without boiling, in the microwave until dissolved. Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream, gelatin, mustard, horseradish and salt thoroughly (2). Combine the mixture with vegetables and put half of it in a mold covered with cling film. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then lay eggs (4) along the axis and cover with the remaining vegetables.

  • Chill in the refrigerator until it solidifies and can be served!
