Bolognese Sauce at Jamie Oliver's HomeCooker

Ingredients

- minced meat 600-700 gr
- medium onion 1 PC
- medium carrots 1 PC
- semi-dry or dry red wine 60 ml
- tomatoes without skin (400 gr can) 1 can
- thick tomato juice 250-300 ml
- ground parsley root 1/4 tsp
- ground celery root 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg 1/8 tsp
- black pepper 1/4 tsp
- thyme 1-2 twigs
- basil 1 leaf
- salt 2 tsp
- olive oil 2-3 st. l
- heavy cream 60 ml

Cooking method

  • We already have many recipes for this sauce on our forum, but mine do not like it very sour, so I made another option - where there is not much wine and less tomatoes. After HomeCooker, the taste is indescribable, rich - it's amazingly delicious !!!
  • 0. Set to 175 ° C and the time is 90 minutes, the stirrer is on.
  • 1. Pour olive oil into a saucepan, when the saucepan warms up a little - add finely chopped onion, fry it for 5-7 minutes.
  • 2. Pour in grated carrots, fry for 5-7 minutes
  • 3. Add minced meat and fry until no longer pink.
  • 4. Pour in 60 ml of wine and wait until it evaporates.
  • 5. Scroll the tomatoes in the grinder and add to the minced meat together with the juice, wait until it boils.
  • 6. Season with salt and add all the spices.
  • 7. Reduce the temperature to 110 ° С, the stirrer still interferes, do not cover with a lid.
  • 8. When finished, add the cream and heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve with pasta!

Note

While the sauce itself was cooking and stirring itself, the pressure cooker cooked noodles for me, and I managed to report on the forum about a new miracle from Jamie and draw up a recipe

Bon Appetit!

Julia, I liked your sauce very much, but what kind of thing is it that makes home itself? : girl_in_dreams: Enlighten the devil, here they have never heard of this, let alone never seen.

Well, you are a quickie !!!

Aina, Tanya, but what a quickie - I'm generally a lazy person - I took out the already chopped onions and carrots and minced meat from the freezer, I didn't do anything at all, honestly
Home Cooker did it all! Although no - I blended the tomatoes, and kneaded the minced meat with a fork - that's all my work
Oh, I forgot - I also tried constantly

You can add more herbs, I'm just picky, I don't like too many of them.
Again, as you like - most recipes contain garlic, but without garlic it seems to me the taste is nobler.

Yulechka, what if tomatoes are replaced with tomato juice? Does Shikoko want him? I don’t like sour, but there is a carriage of homemade tomato juice and yesterday I made homemade noodles ...
Since yesterday, drooling ...

You can take 400 ml of homemade juice for moderate acidity. If the consistency is dry from the very beginning, then you can add water.
But if it still seems sour, you can add a little sugar.

Yesterday we ate and said - yes, sour, but did not want to sugar, because with noodles this sourness gets into a good note
