Potatoes with mint and rosemary in a slow cooker

Category: Culinary recipes

Ingredients

Mint 0.5-1 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Rosemary pinch
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
Low-fat yogurt without additives 1 jar
Salt, sugar taste
Potatoes 7 pcs.
average size

Cooking method

  • First, prepare the mint sauce:
  • Take mint (dried from a bag), grind with garlic, add rosemary, add olive oil, natural low-fat yogurt without additives (I took 125 g of "sissy" from our local Uktus plant) salt, sugar. Mix it all well.
  • Cut the peeled potatoes into 4 parts, put in a slow cooker, pour over the prepared sauce, mix.

Note

In general, I really like mint. I add to the ear at the end of cooking (a pinch). Provides refined freshness. Now I decided to try it in potatoes, it turned out delicious.

Bon Appetit!

The idea is interesting, just - on what program and how long to cook such potatoes?
Asitas
And this is already interesting, there are a lot of potatoes left, we need to eat urgently. I also like mint very much. The idea is interesting, it is a pity that it is not clear on what program. But I'll take a chance and cook in my new cartoon Redmond with Ready for sky. If anything, I get in the way of the cooking process) And then I will unsubscribe if I don’t forget)
