Pancakes without eggs (flaxseed jelly + oat milk)

Ingredients

Oat milk (not strained) 750 ml
Linseed jelly 200 ml
Mineral water (fresh) 500 ml
Flour / s 17 tbsp
Sunflower oil 120 ml
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
For linseed jelly:
Flax seeds 4 tbsp
Water 500 ml

Cooking method

  • I present to your attention pancakes that you can bake without eggs! Especially for those who do not eat eggs, but they want pancakes!

  • 2. You can prepare flaxseed jelly by boiling it or put it in the CF overnight.
  • - if boiling: pour flax seeds into a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil, cook until it thickens. About 5-10 minutes.
  • - if you steam: pour a cup of water, put flax seeds (I had them in a strainer). Place this cup in the MV bowl and pour into water until it reaches the middle of the set cup. Turn on Multipovor 120 g for 1 minute and leave to cool. I did it for the night, got it in the morning.
  • 3. Pour Oat milk + flaxseed jelly + mineral water + sugar + salt into a blender - beat well and add flour. Then stir in the oil.
  • 4. Bake pancakes from the prepared mixture:

Note

you need to get used to baking pancakes! The first pancake turned out to be lumpy, and then, as if rolled over, I baked a stack. We ate it quickly! when they lay on a plate, the edges became softer, and immediately after baking they crunched!

Marina thanks! I also think that the pancakes are very cute and not as harmful as I baked today (there are 3 eggs). I will definitely prepare, though I don't have such a strainer. How many grams of flax seeds do you need? And the fact that without eggs is great!
