Cottage cheese and fish casserole (SV Steba and Multi-blender Profi Cook PC-МСМ1024)

Ingredients

For minced meat:
Salmon tail 300 g
Cod fillet 400 g
Pike 750 g
For minced meat casserole 400 g
Cottage cheese 200 g
Greens (dill + parsley) 40 g
Sour cream 5 tbsp
Granular mustard 1 tsp
Egg C1 2 pcs
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 part
Corn starch 2 dec l
Baking powder 1 pack

Cooking method

  • Prepare fish meat for minced meat (separate the flesh from the bones). The recipe already indicates the weight of the finished fish pulp. Cut the fish meat into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon. Turn on the blender and set the speed to 3, take the onion (pre-clean and divide into 4 slices) and slowly spread the meat for chopping. But meat at a time is not more than 700-1000 gr.
  • I did it in three passes. Put the ground meat in a bowl and stir. Separate 400 gr from the total mass for the casserole. Add the specifics and milk to the rest of the meat (ground pepper 1 tsp + salt + 100 ml milk + ground white bread 170 g + 2 eggs С0). The bread is ground in a blender before cooking the minced meat.

  • Casserole:
  • Put cottage cheese + eggs + salt + greens + mustard + sour cream in a blender, beat everything well from the first speed to the fourth. Mix the starch and baking powder and sow into a working blender. Then gradually put the minced meat in the same working blender.
  • Lubricate the bowl with a non-stick coating with butter and pour out the learned mass (it is not liquid and not thick, it has a mushy consistency). We set the Frying program for 1 hour 30 minutes and the pressure 30, do not close the valve!

Cottage cheese with fish? I have never tried this combination. It looks very beautiful and appetizing!Marina! And does it taste like cottage cheese?
Mar_k
lana19, I did it for children and so that they would not smell the fish and eat the fish! Of course, the curd is felt a little, and the fish is also felt a little! But in general, it turned out fine! The children ate with mashed potatoes, and the eldest ate with a tomato and a cucumber! Tasty, has a place to live in my kitchen!

It also seems to me that it is delicious! I take it to bookmarks. And as soon as I play enough with the smokehouse, I will immediately run to make your casserole!

Elena Tim, Thank you! I hope you will be satisfied!
