Ingredients

Milk 1 glass
margarine 250 g
yeast 50 g
egg 1 PC
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
salt pinch
vanillin
Flour 18-20 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in a glass of warm milk, add 1 tbsp. l. sugar and put in a warm place to come up. Melt the margarine, beat the egg with 2 tbsp. l. sugar and a pinch of salt, add melted margarine and milk with yeast, add flour and knead a soft dough, refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
  • Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Leave 3 parts in the refrigerator, roll out 1 part 2-3 mm thick. Cut the resulting circle into 8 triangles, spread the filling on the wide part, pinch the edges and turn the sharp edge under the bottom.
  • Put on a baking sheet, grease with yolk and put in a preheated oven.

Note

The dough is so versatile that there can be any filling - it can be potatoes, eggs with green onions, and any sweet filling - cherries, any jam, plums, boiled condensed milk.
