  • I want to share with you my recipe. He is a real lifesaver for me. This is the name I decided to give him.
  • The basic ingredients are minced meat, onion, salt and water with flour. Very simple!
  • But even in such a poor composition, the gravy turns out to be tasty. It can be poured over any porridge on the water, potatoes, pasta, legumes. After all, there is not always time to cook something "essential" from minced meat (cutlets, meatballs, zrazy, meatballs, casserole, etc.), but I just don't want to eat one side dish. The "magic wand" - gravy helps.
  • Fast. Delicious. And economically.
  • I suggest you prepare a slightly more complicated composition with the addition of mushrooms and pickles.
  • Preparation:

  • Cut the mushrooms into slices, onion and pickles into small cubes. Defrost the minced meat.
  • Into a suitable container (I have a large measuring cup) pour in water, add salt and flour. Stir until smooth (it is convenient to do this with a whisk).
  • Cooking.
  • Turn on Fry program, pressure - 3.
  • Saute the onions and mushrooms (literally 2 minutes). Slide them to the edges of the pan and place the minced meat in the center. Fry it for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Crush very large pieces with a silicone spatula. (My largest does not exceed 2 cm) Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning. (This time I have "French" from Camis.)
  • Toss the minced meat, onion and mushrooms. Place pickled cucumber cubes and bay leaf.

  • Pour in water with dissolved flour.
  • Turn off the "Fry" program. Close the lid of the pressure cooker, set the valve to the "Pressure" position.
  • Put out on the "Manual" program, pressure - 3, time - 2 minutes.
  • After the signal, hold for 2-3 minutes on "Heating", then open the lid by releasing the pressure.

Liked the gravy! The idea is great! Really fast, tasty, economical, versatile! Decorates and complements any side dish. In addition, you can cook in advance. Naturally I did it with my own variations - I added carrots to the roasting, and broth and tomato to the flour mixture. Instead of champignons, a dry mixture of herbs with porcini mushrooms.
