Ingredients

Cooking method

  • So:
  • In the absence of ready-made apple jam, as in the original recipe, I prepared pumpkin-apple puree.
  • Put the peeled pumpkin (about 200 gr.) And three peeled apples in the steam basket of the multicooker. Set the "Steam cooking" mode for 20 minutes.

  • Turn the finished apple and pumpkin into puree with a blender. Since I had an absolutely unsweetened pumpkin and an equally unsweetened apple, I also added sugar (about 30 grams). Remembering that in the end I have to get a mixture that is similar in taste and amount of sugar to jam.

  • 175 g of the cooked puree (the rest is for the family to eat), beat in a bowl with softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add yolk, vanillin, cinnamon, baking powder. We mix. Gradually introduce the sifted flour, mix. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky.
  • Place on a bare, not greased baking sheet. The far right row formed cookies by hand. Sprinkle some of the cookies on top with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, some with a mixture of zest (orange + lemon) with sugar. I left some without sprinkling. All three options are delicious!

Soft, aromatic, fluffy, delicious cookies. Especially good with milk (well for my taste) And (again for my taste) especially good on the first day of eating. Neither pumpkin nor apple is felt at all. The original recipe used apple jam. It seems to me that it will be great too, entirely on pumpkin puree (jam) or applesauce. And you can also experiment with pear and banana, whoever loves.
Lyrical digression: If you overdid it with flour and the dough from the syringe does not want to settle in any way, then we collect all the dough together, add a couple of tablespoons of liquid (milk, water), mix and back into the syringe.
BUT specifically with THIS COOKIE I didn't have such problems, everything was like clockwork! Loved his oven!
