Pizza on a thick yeast base with chicken and pickles, cooked on the "Porridge" setting (Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

For 1 pizza:
For the test:
Wheat flour 160 g
Water 100-105 ml
Pressed yeast 5 g
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
For filling:
Chicken breast
(boiled) 0.5 pcs.
Pickle 1/4 pcs.
W / c sausage 3 mug
Ketchup 1.5-2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Cheese "Poshekhonskiy" or
"Russian" 90-100g
To grease the pan:
Margarine (soft) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I've been using this simple pizza dough recipe for many years. It's very easy to do! You don't even need a bread maker to knead. The dough can rise under a napkin without any electrical appliances, but it will take 40-50 minutes. I propose to speed up the process by heating the CB pot.
  • Sometimes you have to change the amount of water, because flour is different. Therefore, I indicated possible options in the recipe. Better be guided by the pictures of the test.
  • You can bake pizza in the "Baking" mode, but I suggest doing it much faster with the "Porridge" program.
  • Cooking.
  • Yeast activation.
  • Mash the yeast with 50 ml of warm water (30-35 degrees)
  • Add sugar and 2 tbsp. l. flour (from the norm). Mix everything until smooth.

  • Let it rise and bubble. (This takes about 10-15 minutes.)

  • Dough.
  • Pour salt into the sifted flour. Stir, make a well.

  • Pour in the "chatterbox" with yeast. With the rest of the water, rinse the container from the "talker" and pour it into a bowl of flour.

  • Add vegetable oil. Knead well with your hands. Remember your childhood games with plasticine: knead with your hands, stretch, punch, etc.
  • You will get a rather tough elastic dough.

  • Place the bowl in the pressure cooker. Run the Heat program for exactly 1 minute. (If you hold more, the dough may catch from the bottom!) Then turn off the pressure cooker.
  • Put a silicone mat in a bowl, and a bun of dough on it. Close the lid of the pressure cooker. Let the dough sit for 30 minutes.

Elena, well, as always, beyond praise! Very appetizing! Tell me, when you bake on Kasha, how does the pressure cooker itself behave? I once tried to bake a biscuit on this program, so she "clicked" so much, apparently tried to gain pressure, that I was scared that she would not "go" with my brains ...

Natasha, thanks for the praise. Very nice...
When baking on "Kasha" the most unexpected sounds are heard! At first it was very frightening. Now I'm used to it. But sometimes everything goes quietly. I guess it depends on the consistency of the dough.

ElenaB, cook for health! It's delicious and fast!
