Wheat rye bread with bran

Ingredients

yeast 2 tsp
wheat flour 1 grade 480 gr.
Rye flour 130 gr.
salt 2 tsp
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
bran 3 tbsp. l.
sl. oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
powdered milk 2 tbsp. l.
water 350 ml.

Cooking method

  • Here is our modified recipe from the Panasonic instructions, because 2 times according to the original recipe the bread did not work out (too much water) and the amount of flour was changed. the bran was oat (no rye).
  • Basic baking mode. On Panasonic 01.
  • Once they additionally kneaded by hand (without turning off the program, they took it out of the bread machine and kneaded for 5 minutes), so the bread turned out to be very high and with a round crust on top. We haven't figured out yet how to get the same one without additional problems. Can someone tell me. But the bread is tasty, soft and with a golden brown crust.

so you can safely rename your bread to wheat-rye with bran (they are all yeast, if not sourdough).

They did not change anything in the recipe, only instead of butter they took 2 tbsp. l. vegetable. Walnuts 80 gr were added to this bread. The bran was 3 tbsp. l. oatmeal and 3 tbsp. l. wheat with pine nuts.

I have a roll of 900 g, I reduced the amount of flour: 400 psh, 100 hw +1 tbsp. l.
And my roof blew off a little, probably I will instead of 2 tsp. add yeast 1.5 tsp.

Thank you, the bread is great. I added 2 tablespoons of rye bran and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed. And premium wheat and rye baking flour
