Cooking method

  • Rinse the ham and place in the brine for several hours in the refrigerator. I kept it for 7-8 hours.
  • Drain the brine, dry the ham and coat with spices and spices.
  • You can also coat it with garlic. I didn't smear it, I just put it on top ... for the scent.
  • Fry the ham on all sides on the "Fry-3 (meat)" setting. It took me 30 minutes.
