Strawberry milk ice cream (Brand 3812 ice cream maker)

Ingredients

strawberries (frozen) 400 g
milk 500 g
granulated sugar 150 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
corn starch 15 g

Cooking method

  • Defrost the strawberries. Collect the resulting strawberry juice (we also need it).
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, vanilla sugar and 450 g of milk. Boil.
  • Mix the remaining milk with the starch and pour into the hot milk. Let it boil again.
  • Add strawberry juice, stir.
  • Tighten the saucepan with plastic wrap so that it touches the surface of the jelly. Cool down.
  • Puree the strawberries, add to the cooled jelly, mix.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze.
  • Strawberry milk ice cream (Brand 3812 ice cream maker)

Also going to close up an ice cream tomorrow. Today I defrosted the freezer, but there is nothing decent there.

Ksyusha, the weather is whispering, it's time to make ice cream. I feel like a maniac.

Manechka, look quickly - otherwise it will melt! It stood in the freezer for 30 minutes, after shooting it was sent back to freezing.
Strawberry milk ice cream (Brand 3812 ice cream maker)
It was very tasty, and it was bladed and strawberry because there were only 300 g of strawberries in the package, and it was too lazy to count (if my memory serves me, earlier Hortex had 400 g of packaging)

Hopefully it hasn't melted yet? Ol, cool balls! The color is so delicate!
I have nothing left of this ice cream. Yesterday I made a milk cocktail from the leftovers.
