You can put homemade noodles instead of potatoes, it will also be delicious. Some put both in the soup, I don't, it doesn't taste so good to me.

If I’m from dry whites, then potatoes, and if from fresh, then only homemade noodles. Yesterday I cooked them from dry ones in a slow cooker, it worked out fine, first I boiled the mushrooms in a double boiler for 30 minutes, and then, like here, actually according to this recipe.

Something like mushroom soup

Irina, thanks for the recipe today made a soup for it! It turned out very tasty, it seems to me that it is even tastier than on the stove! Only I apparently cut the potatoes larger and therefore I cooked for 45 minutes. I wanted to ask you about the mushrooms, did you first soak them in boiling water, and then boil them for a couple?
kil
Katerina72, yes no, just rinse thoroughly and a little water and they are boiled for a couple, my husband does not like dark and strong broth from mushrooms, so then I pour out this mushroom syrup anyway, leave a little for the smell. And then cut them, fry a little in butter with onions and cook the soup. But in principle, I think there are other modes, but I have not tried it yet.
