Ingredients

Flour 200 g
Egg 2 pcs
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • We knead the dough in a glass or in a food processor, then I still prefer to knead the dough until elastic with my hands. The dough becomes so elastic, resilient.
  • We give him a little "rest" and start rolling, you can use your hands, but I do it with a dough roller from Kenwood. I cut it by hand.
  • Very fast and delicious.
  • I don't really like adding water to noodles.

Note

I love homemade noodles very much: in soups and as a second dish with various sauces.
