Shortbread with condensed milk and pine nuts

Ingredients

Butter 150 g
Salt 1 \ 4h. l.
Sugar 75 g
Wheat flour 200 * g
Corn flour 50 g
Boiled condensed milk
Pine nuts 100 g

Cooking method

  • Grind sugar and salt in a coffee grinder or grinder into "flour". Or use salted butter.
  • For dough, mix softened butter with icing sugar and salt.
  • Add flour. Mash into crumbs with a fork. It would seem that the grove has nowhere to go. But we are not looking for easy ways. I tried to do this in the Profi Cook PC-MCM1024 Multi-blender ... I tried for a long time. As a result, the butter completely softened and I had to add another 50 g of wheat flour and knead it with a fork.
  • Pour the crumbs into a 25cm diameter mold. Tamp.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for about 20 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
  • Take out and cut the hot (this is important, the cold one will not be cut easily) the layer into pieces (in the case of a round shape, cut in diameter, like a cake).
  • Let cool and spread with condensed milk.
  • First, a thin layer (so that the crumbs do not interfere), then a thicker one.
  • Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Shortbread with condensed milk and pine nuts
  • Delicious cake. Nuts add flavor. But very fragile and crumbly.

You understand, I already thought in every way, to the extent that all the cookies are crushed into crumbs after readiness and mixed with condensed milk. And warm it is very fragile. I had a silicone mold, so I cut it with a spatula and it turned out not exactly .. crumbled in different places. Maybe, on the contrary, do not touch the warm one .. then it will cool down, break it into pieces, albeit not of the correct shape, and then smear it. And I also had condensed milk very thick (digested), it was heavily smeared. It would be better if the consistency of the cream was, but not liquid, of course, otherwise it will drain.
