Honey biscuits (Tescoma dough press syringe)

Ingredients

Margarine (butter) 150 gr.
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 250 gr.
Sugar 1 glass
Soda 1 tsp
Flour about 3.5 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • The recipe was caught somewhere on the Internet about a year ago and is actively used by me in various variations.
  • Melt margarine (microwave). Put honey in hot margarine, stir until dissolved. Cool until warm, add sour cream, sugar, stir, then soda and flour. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky.
  • Honey biscuits (Tescoma dough press syringe)
  • Cookies can be pressed immediately without refrigerating the dough. We do not put parchment or a rug on the sheet so that the cookies better settle.
  • We bake at 180-200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Put the finished cookies on a tray and decorate with melted chocolate (optional).
  • Honey biscuits (Tescoma dough press syringe)
  • Fast, delicious and flavorful cookies.
  • Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

about 1 kg.

Time for preparing:

45 minutes - 1 hour

Cooking program:

oven

Note

Why is this recipe good for me? It can be supplemented in every possible way. You can add cocoa to part of the dough and put two types of dough into the press at once. The result is a beautiful two-color chocolate honey cookie. You can add zest, spices ,. finely chopped nuts. It was in these cookies (pictured) that I added fresh grated ginger about 1 tbsp. l. and cinnamon 1/4 tsp.
The only BUT. I put about 1/3 less sugar. But, I do this with almost all recipes, I always feel very sweet
Cook with pleasure and bon appetit!

AlenaT
Anna, and the cookies do not stick to the baking sheet?
No paper, no rug?
I want to make the child today, especially liked
about two-color cookies ...
And at the same time I'll try out a syringe for drawing Teskomovsky)))
MomMaxa
Alena thanks for your attention to the recipe!
It itself does not fly off the sheet, I remove it with a spatula, but without consequences and damage to the cookies. Try pressing a couple of pieces onto paper or rug first. If it doesn't work out, plant it on a bare sheet. Maybe if you put the flour not immediately 3.5 cups, but 3, for example, and the dough will be softer, maybe it will stick better to the paper.
The first time I began to do it on a sheet, then it just never occurred to me to change the technology.
And chocolate and honey is Yes ....! Delicious !!!!! And I also really like it when you cook up an indescribable aroma!
Good luck to you!
Omela
Anyahow timely !!!! One of these days I have to get my press syringe from Japan, and you already have a prescription !!! Thanks, we will try with the child.)
MomMaxa
To health, Omela, and to me boldly on "You"!
And I have a sadness - on the last cookies, the press said "Tyts" and a piece of plastic fell out ... and did not seem to make much effort .... Now it is possible to press through it only with the application of forces and the mention of "some mother there" there were also plans to lay out lemon cookies with poppy seeds ... And the toy is not cheap, and not the most necessary in the household ...

Max's mom, I sympathize about the loss of such a necessary "toy". Or maybe still put out the recipe, I really want cookies with poppy seeds ...

Honey biscuits (Tescoma dough press syringe)
in this thread we discuss the recipe for press syringes HERE
fomca
It's a shame to say! My husband bought me a press syringe about 1.5 years ago, I have not tried it yet, good German! How embarrassing! Probably need to bake!
MomMaxa, thanks for the fragrant cookie, wait for me! If I don't come, scold!
MomMaxa
Svetochka! Why scold something? What awesome cakes you make and sew more ... As soon as you have a free moment and desire, you will try. I liked this recipe for its speed and cleanliness. Good luck to you!
AUV
And we are already eating it, very unusual, soft ... Sonulya cannot stop. Thanks for the cookies.
AlenaT
And I just baked.
With his old Soviet plastic syringe.
First I tried it on paper - it doesn't stick!
Then she began to put on a baking sheet - beauty, and nothing stuck!
Very tasty, aromatic, moderately sweet, with a pronounced taste
honey (I have a real homemade one). We liked it very much.
Annushka, thank you very much, now I will try with cocoa and other differences ...
And lay out the lemon with poppy seeds!)))
Merri

Sveta, they are beautiful, they do not look like martyrs, they keep their shape cool. Do you have a Teskomovsky syringe?

Inna, the syringe has been lying for a year and a half as if it had been bought, never tested. And then in the tape flashes and flashes about this syringe, so I decided! Made in Germany.
They keep their shape, but they don't want to stick to anything!
MomMaxa
Svetochka! HEALTH! They stick to me only on a bare, not greased baking sheet
Elena Tim
And if I don't have a syringe or whatever ... the press? And I also need to bake such delicious cookies! What to do? SOOS !!!
MomMaxa
Helen! Feel free to start the dough, and then put it on a sheet with the help of spoons. The dough does not flow, you can even roll the semblance of balls. And you can put a little more flour, but only a little! So that later they were not solid and put in the refrigerator. And as it cools, you can try to roll it out and cut it out with molds. If you need to cut out a very tender dough with a mold, roll it on parchment paper, cut it out with tins, remove the excess, and transfer the sheet of paper to a baking sheet. Good luck!
Elena Tim
Anya, thank you! I just thought, but a pastry bag will not be able to plant it? Maybe put less flour, so that the dough is softer and forward ?! What do you think?
MomMaxa
Of course, you can try, but still this is not choux pastry, closer to sandy, the dough itself is heavy in structure, and if you make it thinner, it will most likely blur when baking. But if there is a culinary syringe, and if not flimsy, and a nozzle is larger, then you can try it! And you can do this and that! An experiment, so to speak!
Elena Tim
Clear. Then it's really easier to roll the balls. Okay, balls are balls! Prepare - unsubscribe. Thank you!
AlenaT
Yes, you don't need to thin the dough too much.
I have an old syringe, I decided to make his work easier.
The cookies did float ...
Lagri
Thank you for the warning, otherwise I, taking pity on the syringe, might have diluted the dough.
katerok
Hello! Can you show me the syringe? I want one too ...
MomMaxa
katerok, go here:https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=21130.0 and here:https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=3398.0 syringes are different and a bunch of recipes for them! Good luck !!
kukulyaka
Thank you, MamaMaksa! I just baked cookies. Tasty, kids crunch with pleasure. My husband said soft. And sweets are the most for those with a sweet tooth. Otherwise, mine are asked to sprinkle with powdered sugar ... Only they sat down badly, did not stick, I had to help with a knife. What did I do wrong?
MomMaxa
Natasha! Thank you for your attention to the recipe! I'm glad your family liked it!
And on a sheet I always put on a naked one, that is, I do not lubricate with anything and do not underlay anything. It always sticks well ... You can try to make the dough thinner .. Everyone has different flour ... Good luck!
Tashenka
Finally, I also have the opportunity to create this cookie. Delicious, fast, beautiful! I did half a portion, I was afraid that a lot would turn out. But in vain! The cookies turned out to be soft, airy.
Girls, I apologize that I never post photos. I just don't have enough time for this. So you have to take our word for it.
Anya, thank you very much for the recipe!
