Omelet roll with sausage filling

Ingredients

Egg 5 pieces.
Wheat flour 6 tbsp. l.
Milk 250 ml
Salt
Sausage
(better boiled water,
and there who likes what)
200 g
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Pepper, cayenne pepper
Chopped greens 2 tbsp. l.
Melted butter 6 tbsp. l.
Breadcrumbs 6 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat 4 eggs, flour, milk and 1 whisper of salt. Leave on for 10 minutes. Cut the sausage into small cubes and mix with sour cream. Season with pepper and mix with herbs. Bake a thin omelet (I made it in the oven on a large baking sheet), let it cool slightly. Put the filling and roll into a roll. Cut into portions. Beat 1 egg in a plate, dip the rolls in it and roll them in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls in it on all sides. Can be served with salad.
  • Bon Appetit.
  • I did it without sour cream, it also turns out delicious. Instead of regular pepper, I use cayenne pepper, because it removes harmful radionuclides from the body. And so everything is according to the recipe.

Note

This is an omelet roll stuffed with sausage.
