I am tormented by the question! tell me, dear forum users, what kind of recipe can be used for cooking 🔗 such bread? leaven? in the composition (rye flour, wheat flour, salt, malt, molasses, sugar) not a word about it, although they usually write if there is.

And another question, is it possible to do this on the Kenwood BM250 in your opinion? Old timers tell a newbie, please! and then, maybe, change to Panasonic SD-253 (there is a program of yeast-free, but it is not clear, again, what baking technology without yeast is meant there)?
I am actively studying the forum and recipes too, and a description of the stoves, but I have not found the answers yet
I want and intend to bake yeast-free often; and any dietary whole grain flour; and with raisins. for these purposes, I mainly choose a stove.

Seneca , about kenwood look at https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...option=com_smf&board=60.0
There, all questions on them are discussed .... I have a dau9154 with the Yeast-free bread program, but I have not baked it yet.
Have a good choice

In order for yeast-free bread to be edible, there must still be some kind of baking powder. Either soda, or sourdough. Otherwise it turns out "platsyk". Someone from the members of the forum tried to bake according to Panasonic's recipe, and it turned out to be a dull brick.

In the book for the bread maker there is a recipe for yeast-free bread, the baking powder is indicated there!
For a kilogram of bread - 5 tsp.

Horror, however, But if you try to reduce it by half, can you get something?

For yeast-free bread on a baking powder, a bread maker is not needed at all. the dough does not require kneading. All components are quickly mixed and baked in the oven.

Here are 2 of my dietary versions of yeast-free breads, if interested, look into the "Alexandra" section in the "Baker's Blogs"

Alexandra, and my oven is bad. But yeast-free bread must be baked somehow. Are your recipes suitable for Panasonic HP?
Alexandra
Tyke ,

I meant that for cooking yeast-free dough does not need a bread maker, since all the ingredients of yeast-free bread are simply mixed quickly and baked immediately. If you knead, the bread will not be loose, it will become like a cobblestone.
And you can bake even in the oven, at least in any bread maker on the Baking mode.

There is no difference in which bread maker you cook.

Moreover, it poops in general any recipes, even yeast bread.

The only difference in Panasonic compared to other ovens when using bread-making programs (I mean, where kneading, proofing and baking are in one program, as well as the dough kneading mode) is that at first all the products simply lie in the oven without moving. At this time, their temperature is leveled. And only then the execution of the program begins.

This feature must be remembered when using recipes for another c / n and that's it.

Thank you. Are yeastless ones better to knead by hand?
And I have Panasonic just HP. I knead the rye in it on the Fast mode, and then discard it for baking already.
I just really need proven recipes for yeast-free bread for HP, I want to surprise my friend. He believes that yeast bread is very harmful. Yesterday I snuggled, I found your Temka about healthy eating

Tyke , the dough with baking soda or baking powder will be much more airy if you do not knead it, but simply mix it quickly with a spoon, without kneading.

You can, of course, give 1 minute on any batch, then turn off the oven and turn it on again in baking mode.
But I prefer to mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the wet ones, stir quickly and put it all in the mold.

I must say right away that I like soda baked goods - muffins, yeast-free bread - from a bread machine less than from an oven and from a multicooker.
But the difference is not critical.

PS If you don't want to get the bowl dirty, you can mix everything right in the bread maker's bucket, only with a plastic or silicone spoon

In this case, you can start breeding your own yeast, here is the topic Yeast and starter cultures at home https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=142375.0
