Bran sabots

Ingredients

Water 270 ml
Flour ~ 600 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Soda on the tip of a knife
Yeast 2 tsp
Large egg 1 PC.
Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
Rust oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
Wheat bran (I have with the addition of dry cranberries) 2-3 st. l.
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour the steamed bran into a bucket of HP (take 3 - 4 tablespoons of the total amount of water), put salt, sugar, sour cream, egg, vinegar, pour out the remaining water.
  • 2. Then sift about half of the flour into a bucket and pour in the baking soda. Sift the remaining flour, add yeast.
  • 3. Set the "Dough" mode and, when the bun is formed, add vegetable oil (this time I have sunflower oil, odorless. In general, you can add butter, too, very tasty). The gingerbread man should turn out to be classic (as Admin teaches!).
  • 4. After the end of the program (in my LG - 1 hour 03 minutes), knead the dough and put it again for about 30 minutes. Then divide into 3 parts, form "rolls" of them, or you can just rolls, and put in a baking dish for proofing.
  • 5. Bake with steam for 200 about about 12-15 minutes, then another 10 minutes by 180about(I have a sooo high-speed gas oven of some kind).
  • P.S. You may need a different amount of flour - with another flour it took me about 720 g.

The dish is designed for

920 g

Time for preparing:

2.5 - 3.5 h

Cooking program:

HP + oven

Note

Saichki are very soft, "fluffy", with a crispy thin crust.

alfa20, Victoria, thanks for the recipe The bran was oatmeal, the rest was all according to the recipe. Flour 600g. At the beginning of the kneading it seemed that the dough was tight. And then it leveled off. What you need And the sails turned out exactly:

Yes, Marysia, this bread. He's so gentle! And the pies turned out cool, you need to adopt. It is getting dark, I am drawn to tasty ... And were the baguettes baked in some form? Here I do not get such even, pretty ones, and even I always dry them out.
