Omelet rolls

Ingredients

eggs 4 things.
greens 1 bunch
boiled-smoked ham 100 g
processed cheese (plates) 2-3 pcs.
salt, ground black pepper taste
olive oil (for frying) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the ham into very thin slices. Beat eggs with salt, pepper and add chopped herbs. Pour the egg mixture into a hot skillet (D = 26 cm) with butter. Fry the omelet without a lid for 4-5 minutes over low heat (the omelet should set on top). Gently transfer the omelet to a cutting board. top with slices of ham and cheese. Roll the omelette into a tight roll. Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, seam side down and place in preheated to 180 g. oven for 5 minutes. Then cut into slices and serve.
