Ingredients

Flour
(but as always we follow the correct kolobok,
flour is different)
3.5 cups
Water 1 glass
(from LV = 230 ml)
Salt 1 tsp
Syrup 1 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Egg 1 PC.
Bon-baguette mix - leftovers about 2 tbsp. l.
Condensed milk 1 tbsp. l.
Gluten 1 tbsp. l.
MK starter culture
how much you take (there was simply nowhere to put it)
2 tbsp. l. with top
Halva for filling about 100 g
(and maybe less)

Cooking method

  • We put everything except halva in a bucket in the order provided by the instructions. I was kneading on the French bread mode. At my stove there first heating - 20 minutes, then kneading - 13 minutes, then 1 rise - 50 minutes, then the 2nd batch. After the second kneading, I turned off the stove and left the dough to rise until it doubled.
  • After that, the dough was divided into two parts, lightly rolled out, sprinkled with pounded halva, formed baguettes and laid out in a baguette bowl, covered with a towel. The oven, meanwhile, warmed up to 250. Make cuts on the baguettes, brush with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. When the baguettes came in 2 p. put in the oven, bake with steam.
  • At the exit there are very airy baguettes with a slight sourness and a distinct taste of sunflower oil. (y) Yes, I almost forgot, when folding baguettes, try to make the halva farther from the edge, otherwise it can melt and flow out.
