  • while the oven heats up, prepare the mixture:
  • * I cut the zest carefully, only orange. part.
  • put the mixture on fire, bring to a boil

  • * Chicken is 2/3 covered.
  • cook in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  • I add some tarragon leaves to the gravy.

Note

I can throw in another recipe. I pulled it out long ago from the Internet, I don’t remember where. I have experienced it many times.

making this dish is very easy ...
the gravy solidifies in jelly
the meat is impregnated with the aroma of orange peel.

Caprice do you think your recipe can be made in a slow cooker?
Hmm ... I guess you can. But it should be borne in mind that:
1) The cooking time will increase significantly.
2) In the original recipe, the chicken is baked, and in the slow cooker it will languish.
3) It follows from the second: due to the fact that the chicken is not baked in DVA, but languishes, then there will be no golden, tasty crust (which, for example, I love terribly).
Try this and that. There, decide for yourself what you like best and will be tastier

I would have such forms of pieces ... twenty! So that for the whole family. And then we are well, very resistant to gold! )))
