Cooking method

  • we prepare 3 types of dough: whole grain, tomato (colored) and white. First, in cotton on the program "Pasta dough", we knead the whole grain dough from: liquid 260 ml (130 ryazhenka or kefir + 130 water),
  • whole grain flour 230g + wheat 115g,
  • olive oil 1.5 s l,
  • sugar 1.1 s l,
  • salt 1.1 tsp,
  • milk powder 1 s l,
  • dry yeast 1.6 tsp
  • Kneading takes 20 minutes, after which we put the dough in a container and heat. While we are preparing another dough, it will work well enough. Do 1 workout as you approach.
  • On the same program, prepare a ginger dough with a tomato: 170 ml of liquid warm water (in which to dilute tomato paste),
  • tomato paste 4s l,
  • wheat flour 320g,
  • olive oil 2c l,
  • sugar 2s l,
  • salt 0.75h l,
  • powdered milk 1s l,
  • dry yeast 1.2 h l.
  • After kneading, as well as the previous dough, place it in a warm place to rise (with at least 1 kneading).
  • We prepare white dough immediately in cotton using the program "Kneading the dough" (1 hour 30 min.) From:
  • liquid (milk or water) 230ml,
  • wheat flour 400g,
  • butter 2c l,
  • sugar 1.5 s l,
  • salt 0.3 h l,
  • powdered milk 1s l,
  • dry yeast 1 h l.
  • As soon as the white dough is ready in the oven, two others will do. On a table covered with flour, we try to make a sausage from each dough (do not crush it too much, just stretch it and give it a little shape) We will weave a three-color pigtail from these "sausages". Put a pigtail (in any form) in an oiled or laid with baking paper form, grease with yolk with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I had a 24cm round shape.
