I propose a recipe for wheat-rye bread with kvass modified by me.

The sequence of bookmarks in x / p Panasonic:

1. Yeast SAF-moment - 3.5 tsp.
2. Wheat flour - 290 grams
3. White sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
4. Fine salt - 1.5 tsp.
5. Dry starter culture "Extra R" - 1.5 or 2 tbsp. l.
6. Panifarin - 2 tbsp. l.
7. Peeled rye flour - 270 grams
8. Ready-made kvass - 400 ml.
9. Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. l.
