Chocolate ice cream cake in a mug

Ingredients

Butter 30 gr.
Chocolate (took 20 gr. + 2 squares
Salt 1/8 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Egg 1
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
For decoration:
Ice cream (ice cream)
Melted chocolate
Caramel sauce
Cookies (crumble)
Nuts

Cooking method

  • I came across a recipe, or rather a photo in LiveJournal, in some English-language blog, and "got sick" ... ..
  • Biscuit:
  • We take a mug of 300 ml. Put chocolate and butter in a mug.
  • We drown in the microwave. We take out, mix.
  • Separately, brew 1 teaspoon of coffee with one tablespoon of boiling water.
  • Add to the chocolate butter. We also put sugar and cocoa powder here. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt.
  • Beat an egg with a pinch of vanillin in another bowl.
  • Add the egg mixture to a mug with melted butter, chocolate, coffee, sugar and cocoa, mix and flour mixture, stir with a fork. Without fanaticism, we try to break all the lumps.
  • My mug was about 3/4 full.
  • We put in the microwave on medium power for 30 seconds. I put a saucer under the mug, I was afraid that I would "run away", but the dessert survived!
  • We take out, mix.
  • Again in micro for 35-40 seconds at medium power. The cake "grows" over the mug by about 1/4.
  • We take out and carefully so as not to burn your fingers, immerse 2 squares of chocolate in the middle of the cake.
  • Again we put in micro at medium power for another 40 seconds.
  • All! Our cake sponge cake is ready.
  • Let it cool for a couple of minutes while we prepare the decoration.
  • Registration:

  • Crumble the available cookies (I have regular sugar). Chop the nuts (I have walnuts)
  • So putting it all together:
  • Put ice cream on top of a slightly cooled biscuit - my ice cream is like this: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=142934.0, pour melted chocolate on top with caramel sauce, sprinkle with cookies and nuts. First: It prepares very quickly!
Second: This is a delicious wet chocolate dessert! Combining warm chocolate sponge cake with cold ice cream and your favorite toppings and toppings is mmmmm !!!

Fourth:
For the cake, I used a 300 ml mug, but this portion seemed too big for one person. And I think it's better to divide the portion in half. And do it in two mugs. Then the ratio of ice cream and biscuit will be more successful for my taste (after all, ice cream melts so quickly and is eaten even faster!)

But if you bake a cake, then you eat it all, although I can stretch it for a week, and end up treating someone to a half))). And here, with practically no harm to the figure, the portion turns out to be tidy, for one bite, although I did half of the recipe. For lovers of chocolate baked goods - delicious.
I simplified the process to reduce the soiled dishes. I put chocolate, butter, sugar, salt in a cup (otherwise it did not have time to dissolve with flour), cocoa, coffee, dripped boiling water - melted it in a micron. Interfered. Added whipped yolk. Added flour and baking powder. I mixed it. He baked at a power of 540 W (this is my average) for about 40 seconds. I put a teaspoon of ice cream on top - oh, how delicious it turned out. The biscuit is soft, porous, juicy - wonderful!
For my husband I made a more dietary option (diabetes) - I took chocolate on maltitol, sugar with stevia (1/2 spoon), whipped protein, the rest according to the recipe. It turned out! She put raspberries on top.
I will definitely do it, I especially like that the miniportion turns out. And the speed is impressive!
