Made according to this recipe, the cookies turned out to be simply delicious. Only instead of molasses I added honey.
As a result, the output was 40 pieces. 5 survived until the morning, and that was only because I had put them off to work in advance.

Weighing the ingredients, rolling out the dough, baking and cooling it took me exactly one hour.

This is not the first time I have enjoyed baking oatmeal cookies in accordance with GOST. No eggs, instead of molasses (jam) I put honey. My family loves it sweeter, so the recipe for sugar and honey. By the way, I always add more ground walnuts.
I pour 80 ml of water first, and then add a little bit to form (knead with my hand) such a "bun". I already tear off a small piece from it, roll a ball between my palms, then slightly flatten it. Dip one side of the dough in sesame seed and place on a baking sheet (not sesame side). I bake at 220 gr. minutes 10-15. I look when the cookies themselves or their bottom turn brown a little. In general, every time I can bake differently, but it turns out very tasty and quickly.
