Ingredients

Horns (group A) 250 g
Mixed minced meat 150 g
Bulb onions 0.5 pcs.
Water 440-450 ml
Fine salt 1/3 + 2/3 h. L.
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Seasoning for minced meat taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Finely chop the onion. Salt minced meat (1/3 tsp) and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • 2. Turn on "Fry" program, pressure - 3... Pour in 2 tbsp. l. oils.
  • 3. First fry the onion until slightly golden brown, and then the minced meat until white, breaking up large lumps of meat. (It all takes a few minutes). Disable the mode.

  • 4. Put the horns on the minced meat with onions, pour cold salted (2/3 tsp) water above the pasta level by 2-3 mm.

  • 6. Cook on the "Buckwheat" program, pressure - 3, time - 6 minutes.
  • 7. After the readiness signal, turn off the pressure cooker, do not open the pan for another 2 minutes.
  • 8. Then relieve pressure forcibly. Mix the horns well. Arrange on plates.

It took a long time to successfully prepare this dish. The pasta was either overcooked or not absorbed all the liquid to the end. It was much easier to make this dish in a multicooker.

Now it began to turn out as it should: the horns don't stick together, there is no water. Delicious and fast.

But be sure to follow the rule - water is not more than 3 mm above the level of pasta.

If you have group B pasta, use a more gentle cooking mode: "Buckwheat" (or "Manual"), pressure - 2, time - 8 minutes.
