Ingredients

Water 290 g
Vegetable oil (sometimes I forgot, everything worked out) 1 tbsp. the spoon
Flour 450 g
French high-speed yeast in red packaging 1 tea l. and another quarter of it without a slice.
Powdered milk 3 tbsp. spoons. (without it)
Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt 1.5 teaspoon spoons.

Cooking method

  • Along the way, you can add nuts, raisins, candied fruits, fried onions ...
  • Recipe for a 750 g loaf.
  • Program: standard bread, crust for 3, and for this I also put a loaf on 1 kg, then the crust will turn out to be very fried. But this is how someone should try it empirically.
  • You can add other flour, rye, buckwheat, oatmeal, but not more than 70-80 gr. otherwise the hat may fall off. final weight 450g. with the addition of other types of flour, the bread is less high, but this does not affect the taste.
