  • 1 glass of water = 250g.
  • Instead of whey, you can add 1 glass of kefir + water or milk.

  • Process:
  • We put in a liquid dough (half of all the flour in the recipe and all the yeast). There is enough liquid to make a dough like a pancake.
  • Add salt, sugar, eggs and the rest of the flour to the dough, knead until smooth, lastly stir in margarine or butter. If you knead with a dough mixer, then it is better to add butter cold, cut into small pieces and knead for about 10 minutes.
  • Knead very well until smooth. Allow to rise to the maximum (up to 3 times increase). At T 30C.
  • When the dough has fermented well, divide into pieces (I have 60 grams each and even larger). Roll into balls. Allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • Stuff with filling (I have a liver).
  • Tie the seam well. Brush with an egg. Let rise for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Bake in preheated to 210 gr. From the oven until done.

  • Bulb onions 0.5 kg
  • Butter 100 gr.
  • Vegetable for frying onions.
  • Boil hearts, breast, liver. Grind.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add butter 100 gr.
  • Stir in the meat. Season with salt and pepper. If the minced meat is dry, add the broth.
  • Can be frozen and refrigerated. Use as needed.

  • In a frying pan in a mixture of vegetable and butter, finely chopped onions are passed through, continuing the sautéing, add flour, meat, salt and pepper, add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of water. Fry for another couple of minutes and turn off.
