Banana-mint dessert with yogurt

Ingredients

bananas 4 things
natural thick yoghurt 300 ml
honey 4 tbsp. l.
mint leaves handful
roasted hazelnuts handful

Cooking method

  • The dessert was found so timely in the Gastronom 2013 magazine. Holidays give us a feeling of satiety and just right to taste something simple, natural - no fancy.
  • Dessert can completely replace breakfast, it has enough calories. And how happy the children will be - a tasty replacement for the pretty boring porridge.
  • 1. Put the unpeeled bananas on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 200 * C for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Finely chop mint leaves, mix them with honey and yogurt.
  • 3. Cool the finished bananas and peel them. Take out the pulp with a spoon.

Oh, Marish, what a delicate and light dessert! And bake bananas whole, not cut lengthwise into two halves?

Sanya, Thank you! I'm looking forward to! Your opinion is very interesting.

Man, exactly as a whole - then the juice does not flow out of it, everything remains inside. And thus the banana is slightly caramelized.
Try it, Manyash. It is delicious. The picky husband was pleasantly surprised and now I will regularly feed him this dessert.

So refreshing and gentle And also the very usefulness!

Marishka, Thank you! Precisely noticed - refreshing! And the mint aftertaste is so pleasant ... And if you eat it instead of your usual breakfast, it's generally super.

Ol, one 3 nuts is enough!
Others let them imagine how they crunch amazingly!

Shahzoda
delicious, light dessert!
MariS
Thank you, Shahzoda! Try it - it's delicious.
Only a banana is not a particularly light fruit. I always eat it when I need to satisfy my hunger. There are more calories in it, as in grapes, than in other fruits.
Just in time for breakfast or as a snack - what you need.

Where do you get the mint now? And yogurt. So beautifully written "natural thick", here, just now, the Chef published such a devastating article about all sorts of "" natural products "" (double quotes). Or again offer to buy a yogurt maker?

Dear iris. ka! You obviously confused me with someone, I have never been for anyone
offered to buy a yoghurt maker, especially since I also don't have one and I cook yogurt in a pressure cooker.

The chef published such a devastating article about all sorts of "" natural products "" (double quotes).

In my recipe, I indicated natural yoghurt, meaning classic yogurt (without fruit and other additives). And better thick, like Greek (I have German).
And I do not intend to discuss here the naturalness of the products. In our time, it does not make sense to raise this issue at all -IMHO.

I take mint in the market and in the store when my own runs out. Sorry, we have no problems with yogurt either.

MariS, excuse me, maybe my post seemed harsh and pretentious to you. I didn't mean to run into you. Maybe you shouldn't sit in the net at night ...
I have neither a yogurt maker, nor soon - nor a multicooker I read on our forum that you can make yogurt in a thermos, if you wish. And JUST I have not seen yogurt. We have everything only with fruit additives. I read that many salads are seasoned with it and I am surprised all the time.
And again, about mint. You write that "when yours is over" you have frozen? dry? or fresh in a pot by the window?

Vitalinka
Marinochka, wonderful dessert! Lightweight, tasty and healthy! I will definitely try. Thank you!

Irina, and you will forgive me if I did not react very calmly!
I understand that life is not easy for all of us ... Therefore, I really want to, having looked at the site, escape from everyday problems, having a pleasant conversation.

I myself first tried to bake bananas like that - I liked it. Quickly and nothing from the banana disappeared!

Lightweight, tasty and healthy! I will definitely try.

Good health, Vitalinochka! A convenient recipe for a quick and healthy meal. Again, recycling bananas helps ...

Marishka, I am grateful to you for such goodies. I did it in haste, so the design was without pretensions, if only it was delicious. I didn't even really cool the bananas. I really wanted to treat the children, they were leaving. We ate on the go. Everyone liked it very much. I will do it more than once, very tasty.

Olya, how beautiful the dessert looks - and it does not need any decorations. Its content is beauty itself, as well as deliciousness and usefulness.
I am very glad that everyone was satisfied! Thank you for such a beautiful report.
