  • The sides of the assembly ring must be at least 10 cm high (this is what confused me with my -7 cm), but you can extend them with thick paper!

Since the chips from 1 coconut came out somewhere around 200-220 g, and after pouring the chips with boiling water (to obtain coconut milk), its weight became already 100 g. And the cake needs 300 g. Mixed coconut juice with alcohol for impregnation. Crema made a whole portion. But then it turned out that it is strongly absorbed into the biscuit and visually it seems to be small. Although everything tastes harmonious. The cake is large, without a plate, about 2650 g.
