Cooking method

  • I heard a lot about the spicy and refreshing taste of this salad, originally from Morocco, for the holidays I decided to bring stories to life), I liked the salad as an alternative to something mayonnaise (although I have nothing against heavy winter salads either)))).
  • At first glance, the combination of oranges, onions and olives is not entirely ordinary, but these are the combinations that tend to become the most beloved. This salad can be served as an appetizer, in addition, it is perfect as a side dish for fish.
  • With a sharp knife, cut off the peel from the oranges together with a thin layer so that the pulp is visible. Cut the oranges into slices (between the white membranes), keep the juice. Place orange slices on a flat dish. Chop the onion as little as possible and mix with orange juice and butter. Pour the seeds of cumin and coriander into a dry frying pan without oil and put on medium heat, fry, shaking for 2 minutes. Then pour into a mortar and crush. Sprinkle the oranges with the spice mixture and pour over the dressing, top with the olives, sprinkle with pepper and salt, serve immediately.
