Puree 1 apple + water 250 ml
Wheat flour 350 g
Oat flakes 100 g
Salt 1 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Wheat germ 1 tsp
Sunflower seeds 70-100 g

Cooking method

  • Loaf 750 g, basic mode, medium crust

The bread turned out to be soft, finely porous, delicate, the taste of an apple is slightly felt, the crust tastes like homemade oatmeal cookies.
Not suitable for soup, but for snacks and tea / coffee - just right.
It is not that sweet, but slightly sweetish.
Very useful - apple pectin and oatmeal are an excellent means for removing toxins from the body, so I hope that it will not work out to get better with such bread
About losing weight - I don't know yet
The photo shows that the roof is uneven, in the section above it is dark - this is a sloping roof, bread is baked completely, no need to be afraid!

Today I did it again, it turned out a little dry, apparently the flakes absorbed a lot of water, when the bun was rolling, it was beautiful, and the bread turned out to be a little dry.
add immediately + 2 tbsp. l. water - you will not regret it, they will not be superfluous.
I hope you enjoy it as well as my family. For two days I baked it twice in a row - so far this is a record, because there are still so many recipes on the forum and ideas in my head!
Honestly, this recipe is inspired by a long topic about pectins and additives in bread and Alain Delongy's recipe Hercules euryday fast, so to speak, my variation on the theme of what I read.
