The seller categorically refused to cut a large piece (the weight was under one and a half kilograms), but the small one was exactly 640 grams... I didn’t like the first piece yet because of its fatness. I thought that for experiments, the second piece is the most it.
I came home, then everything was prescribed. Rubbed with garlic (pierced and garlic inside) and paprika (shedro). Fried potatoes for 7 minutes and the neck for about 15 minutes.
When fried the second side did not turn over. Close the lid - "Meat" mode, pressure 0.7 b. Time 40 minutes.
After a natural release of pressure, the contents of the Teflon cup were removed. It gave a decent juice (see photo).
