Avocado salad, tomato and corn

Ingredients

olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
lime juice 1 tbsp. l.
cilantro (replaced with green onions) bundle
salt 1/4 tsp
pepper 1/4 tsp
corn 200 gr.
avocado 2 pcs.
tomatoes (preferably cherry) 150-200 gr (3 pcs.)
onion (red desirable) 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the tomatoes (preferably take cherry and cut into quarters, but I have the usual ones), avocado Avocado salad, tomato and corn
  • 2. Finely chop the onion, cilantro.
  • 3. Put vegetables in a salad bowl, add corn.Avocado salad, tomato and corn
  • 4. Season with salt, pepper, pour over the salad with lime juice, olive oil, mix thoroughly.
  • 5. Serve with chips or nachos. I put the salad on a thin pita bread.
