Ingredients

milk 3.5% 550 g
condensed milk with sugar 350 g
corn starch 17 g
vanilla sugar 10 g

Cooking method

  • Bring milk (500 g) to a boil along with vanilla sugar.
  • Dissolve the starch in the remaining milk (50 g), add to the hot milk and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, again.
  • Tighten the saucepan with foil so that it touches the surface of the jelly and cool.
