Ingredients

Butter 125 g
Powdered sugar 125 g
Sour cream 20% 125 g
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 425 g
Baking powder 1h l.
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Grind the icing sugar with chilled butter.
  • Add sour cream, beat until smooth.
  • Add flour mixed with baking powder, salt, vanilla.
  • Knead until large soft lumps are formed. Put into a ball with your hands, put in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Pinch off in small pieces (return the rest of the dough back to the refrigerator), roll it out, 5 mm thick (not thinner), cut out the parts using templates that you can make yourself from cardboard, for example. I used ready-made kits from Tescoma.
  • Place the parts on a baking sheet lined with paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven.
