Homemade Spelt Beetroot Pasta

Ingredients

whole grain wheat flour 300 g
eggs 2 (about 70 g each)
baked beet 80 g
olive oil 3 tbsp. l
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • 1) Bake the beets in foil for 45 minutes for 180 in the oven or air fryer.
  • 2) Grind the beets, eggs and olive oil in a blender until smooth.
  • 3) Next, transfer to the bread maker, sift the flour, add salt and knead the hard dough. If the dough is crumbling or flaking, add a little water.
  • 4) Take out the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • 5) Divide the dough into 4 portions. Sprinkle each part with flour and pass through the pasta machine. Let the sheets dry.
  • 6) Then we cut our sheets into noodles and again we can let the fettuccine dry a little, or we cook right away.
  • 7) Boil water and boil the pasta for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite ingredients.
  • I did it with this composition:
  • Feta, olives, almonds, dill
  • Homemade Spelt Beetroot Pasta
  • Ricotta, roasted macadamia nuts, mint, lemon juice

Very tasty light macaros, I tried to cook once, now I am tempted to cook them. Thank you for stopping by

Olchik, how beautiful and tasty. And I won't dare to cook everything from whole grain. The color is confusing. And with beets - a way out.

People, and we only cook everything from it, I have not bought wheat of the highest grade for a long time.
Now I really want to try pasta with spinach.

Because of what is useful? And the pies too?

Well, of course. I also usually have oat flour - this is the main one, as well as linseed, corn, buckwheat, rye. Children scold me for premium flour. I try to please them

Hello. What kind of dough sheeter do you have? Does the noodle cut itself or do you then manually cut it?

I have a Marcato Atlas 150 with a motor. There is such a fettuccine attachment. I ordered Mavka from Lily, I'm more than happy with the machine

Olga, I have never made noodles myself, and even with additives. Hence the question - how do beets affect the taste? Still a specific product, with its own taste and smell ..

Yes, in general, I did not notice anything special. In my opinion, the taste is not very strongly reflected. Simply useful and aesthetically pleasing.
LightTatiana
I will definitely try to cook it. thanks for the recipe

Ol, how beautiful she is. I will definitely try, but I'll get the car. What is this fettuccine attachment? I ordered Lily's Atlas, too, with a motor and a spaghetti attachment for it. Waiting for a parcel Atlas for noodles can be adjusted from 2 to 6 mm. Correct if I'm wrong.

Laris, this nozzle does not need to be ordered separately, it comes with a machine, there is also one type of spaghetti nozzle, but it turns out to be some kind of rectangular, not round. But the rest must be ordered separately, I also ordered additional spaghetti at the first purchase. And now I'm waiting for another cappellini nozzle from Lily, they say it turns out something like a cobweb, very thin.
I didn't measure millimeters, but a mechanical switch of rolling thickness with numbers from 0 to 9. Zero is most likely mm 3. Nine is the minimum thickness, is about 0.2 mm. The dough is very thin. And the thickness can be set only if you roll the sheets. On the cutting attachments themselves, the thickness is no longer adjustable. Something like that

I will also try to cook beetroot, as we finally finish eating a simple egg. I did this time just like in a hungry year - darkness, everything will not end anyhow. Thanks for the recipe!

And you can contact this Lily, I want to ask her in more detail about this machine.
It turns out that she rolls herself, do not you need to turn the handle? I really wanted to ...

Ol, pasta is just a feast for the eyes! You will make me pull out and my attachment to the Boshik (not yet kissed I do not know how much it is already) The truth is only rolling out for me. I didn't buy another. Well, nothing, I think my hands are in place

interesting recipe, I will definitely try to cook it. Can you steam beets in a multicooker?

It's high time, pasta is so interesting to make. And it turns out its own tastier, and always beautiful on the plate. Our Admin-Tatiana here opened a whole MK about pasta. And what about the pens, yes, here we are all craftswomen, the main thing is to roll it out thinly, and you can cut it with a knife or even wider in strips - it looks so cool too.

Yes, in principle it is possible, why not, but in the oven it is still baked turns out. Somehow the option seems to me more interesting.
