Nut bread (bread maker)

Ingredients


Water1 cup (230 ml)
Flour3 cups (230 ml)
Olive oil1 tbsp. l.
Sesame oil1 tbsp. l.
Chopped roasted hazelnuts (I used whole cedar nuts)30 g
Sugar1 tbsp. l.
Salt1 tsp (maybe a little more)
Dry yeast1.5 tsp.

Cooking method


  • 1. Pour water and oil into the mold. However, if the instructions for your bread maker tell you to put yeast in the bread maker first, simply reverse the order in which you add dry and liquid ingredients to the bread maker.
  • 2. Add flour so that it covers the water. Add salt, sugar, nuts. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and pour in the yeast.
