Ingredients

For the meatballs:

dried basil (replaced with oregano) 1 tsp

garlic 1 clove
chicken bouillon 1.5 liters
chicken breasts 2 pcs.
salt taste
pepper taste

Cooking method

  • One of the options for a traditional Italian soup!
  • 1. Since I did not have chicken broth available, we will first deal with it.
  • Put the chicken in a multicooker saucepan, add water, Stew program 1 hour.
  • 2. On a fine grater, three onions and cheese (I have cheese in the form of seasoning), put them in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients for the meatballs (I make half a portion): minced meat, proteins, salt, crackers, herbs.

  • I have meatballs as for ordinary soup, only later I read that they should be made very small. Therefore, we do not look at mine, we mold small Pts!
  • 4. When the meatballs are ready, put them in the refrigerator for at least an hour!
  • 5. When the broth is ready, we catch the chicken, put it aside and continue cooking
  • 6. Cut the onion into cubes, finely chop the garlic, thinly cut the celery, three carrots on a fine grater (I forgot about it and cut it and fried it separately, I forgot to take a picture)Italian wedding soup (multicooker Brand 37501)
  • 7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.

  • 9. Add vegetables to the broth, simmer for 30 minutes, salt and pepper.
  • 10. Add meatballs and cook for 7 minutes.
  • 11. Add pasta, I only found such, I tried to break from smaller ones Italian wedding soup (multicooker Brand 37501)
  • 12. We disassemble the chicken into fibers (you can grate it) and also add to the soup. Simmer for another 30 minutes
  • Decorate with greens.
