Dutch apple pie

Ingredients

Butter 1 st
Flour 2 st
Apple 6 pcs
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.5 st
Egg 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Combine melted butter, flour, egg and sugar.
  • Dutch apple pie
  • Knead the soft dough (it should not stick to your hands), shape it into a ball and divide into 2 parts.
  • Dutch apple pie
  • Distribute 1/2 part of the dough on the bottom and sides of the mold
  • Dutch apple pie
  • If desired, peel the apples, cut into wedges, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, stir. Fit into shape.
  • Dutch apple pie
  • Roll out the 2nd part of the dough and cover the pie on top.
  • Dutch apple pie
  • Bake in a preheated oven to 180C for 35 -40 minutes

The melted butter fits into a glass of 225 gr.
The only thing, as it seems to me, the shape I took is too big - 23x23 cm.

Thanks for the recipe, but I somehow did a pie with raw apples and the apples in the finished product were hard, that is, they were not baked. I advise you to pre-fry the apples in butter, as if simmering. : snegurochka: I really liked the attack recipe.

My apples turned out to be soft, they gave juice and baked well ... (I think it all depends on the type of apples), and thanks a lot for the advice
