Ingredients

Meatballs (minced beef, pork, chicken) 300 g
potatoes 6 pcs
carrot 1 PC
onion 1 PC
pearl barley 1/2 multi glass
salt, pepper and herbs taste
tomato paste 1 tsp
Bay leaf 3 pcs
vegetable oil for roasting vegetables

Cooking method

  • Roll the meatballs of any size you like, I deep-fried the meatballs in advance for literally 1 minute - put on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • Turn on the multicooker for baking for 15 minutes, fry the onions, add carrots and tomato paste.
  • Pour in boiled water, add potatoes, pearl barley (did not soak in advance, only washed), salt the meatballs with pepper, bay leaf and herbs.
  • Turn off the baking mode and set the mode to cook for 30 minutes pressure 3.
  • After the signal, the pressure can be released or left when the pressure drops by itself.
  • Bon Appetit.

Well, it looks very appetizing! Is the pressure 3 high or what? I try on what to cook: a multitool or a pressure cooker (I have constant pressure there).
