Marshmallow 20-30 g
Powdered sugar 50-70 g
Water or lemon juice 0.25 tsp

  • 3. Send to refrigerator, wrapped in cling film, for 30 minutes. Eggs can be formed (24 pcs). To prevent the mastic from sticking, you can use powdered sugar.

  • 1. Beat the cream cheese, add the icing sugar and vanillin and beat again. If the mass seems thick, add 1 tsp. milk, if it is liquid - even powdered sugar. Lightly fry the almond flakes, cool.

My personal experience: I somehow sculpted roses 2 days before serving - everything is great. It's just that the newly molded figures are very soft, they stand up - they dry a little (in a few days), but do not harden. And she sculpted these eggs and served them immediately. What was left on the second day was also soft.
