GruShawhat a neat "Zebra"! And I always lack the patience to pour in the same place. Did you accidentally spread the dough with a teaspoon?
GruSha
Andreevna
Thank you
I laid out the dough with a tablespoon. It is convenient, of course, to do it together

Bake it in a slow cooker? Do you need to lubricate the form? Do you always spoon dough into the center?
I will definitely try!
GruSha
Link, I answer in order
- baked in a cartoon
- did not grease the form
- spoon dough always in the center

Good luck

Yesterday I cooked it - VERY tasty and VERY beautiful. But I had one but ... I added a poor quality baking powder. There they "overdone" the acids and it was felt interspersed.

the photo shows that there are already no half of the cake ...

I buy a baking powder for others, I have never let it down ...

Here I was thinking: do I need to increase the baking time if I want to make it from a double portion of food? Or is it easier to make two and smear it with something?

It takes more time for a double portion of time, it needs to be guided by readiness. Better to bake 2

Not only, I made a honey cake from Shula, I also had to keep it there, and in the instructions for the topics of baking it is written like that.
In general, my zebra did not come out at all. It did not rise, the middle is thin and not tasty at all (((And I so diligently put everything in the center with a spoon. I don't even know what's wrong ((
GruSha
Cook, unfortunately I did not bake this honey cake ...

Well, I also decided so. Can it be replaced painlessly with soda?
Misha
Maybe then soda slaked in vinegar.
Cook
in Medovik from Shuli, it seems like just soda and it was good, but then the decayers let me down
Cook
It appears, finally, I have a zebra for this recipe. That was the baking powder.
But in addition, I increased all the products by 1.5 times and so I got a normal height zebra in a large slow cooker in 65 minutes, fully baked. The cake was handed over. Tomorrow I'll take a picture of a cut-out, I'll show you)

This is such a zebra

And yesterday I baked this cake for my daughter's birthday (3 years old) in the shape of a bear (maybe someone saw - such silicone ones are on sale). They didn't even smear with cream, but only painted the chocolates on top. It turned out great. It's a pity they didn't capture the section ...

Happy Birthday to your beauty!
Have you increased the portion, right? Hells in the oven at what temperature and how long? Thank you.
natalka
Thank you, Cook, for the congratulations! I did not increase the portion, and the recommendations for baking in the oven (temperature and time) are in the main recipe.
Oh, I'm sorry ... oven recommendations on another page of this cake https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=1482.0 These recipes are slightly different, but not fundamentally.

GruSha, I want to thank you for this recipe, because it was he who became my favorite and often baked cupcake in a bread machine. I do everything according to the recipe, with minor changes - first I beat the eggs with sugar, and then add melted margarine (instead of butter - for economic reasons), since it’s somehow more luxuriant and more elastic, I put 1/2 hour instead of baking powder. l. soda, slaked vinegar, add 1 tbsp. l. cognac. And I pour only three layers into the bucket - white-dark-white, so it seems to us tastier.
And from the same dough I make other muffins, for example, only white dough with raisins - well, very tasty, and my friend, whom I taught the base, makes with berries or just bakes one white dough, cuts it lengthwise and spreads it with condensed milk. I think in a slow cooker you can also experiment with additives based on this wonderful recipe.
GruSha
spirale, I have not tried cognac yet
This recipe for me och often serves as a base, I bake and small with additives and without

And you try to knead the dough in a different way one at once (light) and pour it into the multi-rake with protons and instead of cocoa take condensed cocoa and
in between, pour from a spoon and lightly smooth on top as well. I baked so much today, there was a light air mmmmm

Sorry, I didn’t finish writing how it should be somewhere 2 tbsp. lies.

And I do it like this: because it turns out a small hill in the middle, with a knife from the center to the outer corners I "cut the pieces." It also turns out beautifully!

GruSha, thank you so much for the Zebra recipe for the multicooker. I have had this miracle device for 1.5 years, but I did not dare to bake on it. I have not seen my model of a multicooker either on culinary sites or on the internet in general. And there is no baking mode in it. In general, in the book of recipes for my multicooker I found a recipe for "Charlotte". And there they offered an oven in the "Heating" mode - an automatic mode for 25 minutes. And I made up my mind. Did everything exactly according to your recipe, turned on "Heating" 3 times. The result was 75 minutes. Nothing burned, everything baked great, the taste is amazing. I will bake again and again.
Wild cat
I've been looking at your zebra for a long time.
I still decided on it.
Already in the cartoon bakes.
Let's see if it works or not!
