Friends, who used the meat grinder kebbe attachment? A promising thing or is it better to sculpt such things with your hands?

The Kebbe attachment is designed to obtain hollow sausages for subsequent filling with minced meat and frying.

I use it. Infrequently. This attachment is not essential, but the thing is quite interesting.
True, it is most likely that you will not be able to cook good "egg capsules" right away. It takes some experience, and then it goes like clockwork. Neat and uniform tubes are obtained. Be sure to do it together the first time.
For stuffed products, it's a sweet deal. Good luck in mastering. Surely surprise your guests with these dishes.

I wonder how! I also have such a nozzle lying around, I don't know how to use it. Igorechek, can you show us a master class?

I have a Vitek VT-3600 and I have no idea how it looks. Both the product itself and the cooking process.
Hollow - how's that? Does some stuffing go into the sausage?

Zrazy from meat with meat.
What does this give in terms of taste? Who tried it?

And what kind of seasoning mix does the cook put?
Asya Klyachina
It is better to put cheese or eggs chopped with green onions inside. And the seasonings there are usual for meat - nutmeg, pepper ... I tried to create this in my small meat grinder - a lot of fuss out of habit. And my tubes are so small that it is not very convenient to stuff something into them, although you can get a handle on it. It is easier to stick with your hands.

There are a lot of vayants kebbe. If you google you can find tons of recipes --- and raw lamb kebbe with basil, mint and chili. Such a variation on the theme of tartare. Salmon kebbe stuffed with shrimp, potato kebbe stuffed with spinach and cheese ... In the shell, I think he adds water-soaked bulgur (wheat germ). Instead of bulugra, you can use rice or barley grits. I do not have such a nozzle. A friend has. We looked for information together.

Thank you, salmon with shrimp inside - I really liked it, I need to try.

Dear wizards, please tell me what the kebbe attachment is for. I know about such hollow sausages, but I'm wondering if anything else can be done with it. Can I use for a test? If there are links to recipes - thank you very much)

So, from repeated personal experience (on the video - well, everything looks decent): it's faster to make a minced meat cake and wrap any filling inside with handles than to stuff something into these tubes with your finger or a thin spatula. And as you fry everything, everything will float, which cannot be distinguished, where with pens in 5 minutes, where for 2 hours he squirmed with tubes. This is my personal experience. Well, if you are, of course, a perfectionist, then the kebbe will help you and train.

like making a minced meat cake faster and wrap any filling inside with handles

Thank you for your answer, but the question was something else, is it possible to drive anything else besides minced meat?
