Note

Khanum (pronunciation options - khanon, hunon, khanim, hunan) is a dish of Uzbek cuisine that resembles manty in composition, but unlike them, not piece goods are molded, but a large roll is rolled. The dough for khanum is made as usual, like for manti, dumplings. The filling is prepared in two ways: either cut the products for it into small cubes, or pass through a meat grinder. The filling for khanum can be very different: meat, onions, potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, cabbage. Khanum is steamed in a mantyshnitsa. You can use a steamer or multicooker.

Delicious! This is the first time I've cooked this. I've never eaten anything like it before. I just accidentally looked into Temka, and I liked the recipe. In addition, it is quite simple to cook such a dish with a dough sheeter-noodle cutter.
Husband said he liked the "lazy dumpling"
