Peking cabbage mini cabbage rolls with Dolmer in a Steba pressure cooker

Ingredients

Beijing 1 forks
Chicken fillet for minced meat 350-400 g
Onion 1 PC
Raw rice 2-3 st. l.
Cream 50-70 ml for minced meat
Salt, pepper to taste
To fill:
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
Adjika 0.5 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste.
Water or milk 50-70 ml

Cooking method

  • Peking was disassembled into leaves, boiled in the microwave for 3-5 minutes, cut out hard white areas.
  • Kurfile + onion was ground in a chopper, added cream, salt, pepper.
