Kranz with cheese and herbs

Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
large egg 1 PC
milk 60 g
water 60 g
salt 5 g
sugar 5 g
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
dry yeast 1 tsp
Filling:
butter 30 g
garlic 2 cloves
cheese (Dutch) 150 g
greens (dill, parsley, green onions) by beam

Cooking method

  • Prepare the dough in a bread maker, for this place all the ingredients (except for those that go into the filling) in the CP according to the instructions and set the "Yeast dough" program. If the egg was not large enough, an extra 5-10 ml of water may be needed. Put the finished dough on the table, knead slightly, roll into a ball and leave to rest for 10 minutes, covered with a towel. Then roll the dough into a thin layer with a side of 25-30 cm. Squeeze the garlic into the softened butter and grease the dough layer with this mixture. Sprinkle on top with cheese grated on a coarse grater, and then coarsely chopped (except onion, cut it as usual, medium) greens. The stalks and white part of the onion should not be used. We adjust the amount of greens to taste and "by eye". My bundles were quite large, so not everything went into the filling. Lightly add greens on top. Roll the dough into a tight roll, pinch the edges. Next, we cut it in half lengthwise, but one edge is not completely. Expand with slices up and braid.
