Ingredients

Bibb salad (I have a regular one) 1/2 head
red bell pepper 1 PC.
Apple 2 pcs.
almond handful
celery 2 ribs
chicken breast 2 pcs.
salt
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
chili flakes (I have a mixture of peppers) pinch
for the sauce:
kefir 3/4 cup
mayonnaise 1/4 cup
lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
green onion bunch
parsley bunch
salt taste
pepper on a bite

Cooking method

  • 1. For the salad we need: Waldorf Salad Revision The only thing I forgot about the pepper and did not photograph it either in products or chopped, I added it only to the finished dish.
